If you are wondering what the difference between off road diesel and on road (highway) diesel are, nothing.

They are the exact same product. The difference is in the road tax paid on highway diesel and off road diesel must have red dye added to give it a red color. The red dye is so that when the state or federal tax people do roadside diesel inspections, they can tell just by looking if you are running off road diesel in an on road vehicle. Farm tractors and logging equipment are off road and it is not necessary to pay a tax.
